Our CSI Initiatives

If you're not making a impact,
stop wasting your time

According to Alberto Casing “When you find yourself in the position to help someone, be happy and feel blessed because God is answering that person’s prayer through you. Remember: Our purpose on earth is not to get lost in the dark but to be a light to others, so that they may find way through us.”

The Leeanka team continuously strives to be an upstanding corporate citizen and have hence adopted the following four corporate social initiatives.

We have set aside 10% of our gross income for donating low cost homes to deserving individuals. We have over the last two years donated 6 low cost houses.

2) Midas Football Academy

The main aim of the Academy is to focus on high performance football so we take talented players from under privileged backgrounds and attempt to mould them into professional footballers.

The ‘going rate’ in the area to join any one of the other clubs is R1000-R2000/yr. As an Academy we have a ‘play before pay’ policy and we have stuck by that very strictly. The only requirement to join is that you have talent.

These boys generally come from homes where there is little to no presence of a father figure. So besides our aim to develop great footballers we also want to raise fine young men and we therefore try and provide holistic growth and development to the players.

We donate generously to sanitary towel initiatives aimed at underprivileged schools. We commit to sponsoring the complete cost of sanitary towel supplies from grade 8 to grade 12.

4) Random Acts of Kindness

We also commit to assisting people and organisations in need of help. Some assistance that was given over the years:
